Our Process and Services

Our process:

  1. Pre construction site walks/Project Manager meetings/Project coordinations:
    • We are available to begin the process with our clients by attending site walks, assistants with field dimensions, site photos, and job site logistics
  2. Receiving/Delivering/Onsite receiving
    • We offer warehousing of equipment for our clients to help reduce the stress of the high dollar equipment being stored in a high volume logistical warehouse. We have also found that receiving in our warehouse helps to detect any damages prior to job starting, inventory of equipment, which in turn reduces job site delays. If our clients have a company warehouse then we can coordinate receiving equipment at the jobsite.
  3. Installation
    • Review Blueprints and Drawings
      • Understand Layout: Thoroughly review the kitchen blueprints or drawings provided by the client. Identify specific areas where equipment needs to be placed, such as cooking stations, prep areas, storage, or sinks.
      • Confirm Dimensions: Ensure that all dimensions are correct and that the equipment fits within the designated spaces. Verify any clearances required for airflow, plumbing, or electrical access.
    • Prepare the Space
      • Clear the Area: Before placing any equipment, ensure that the installation area is clean, clear of debris, and ready for the equipment to be moved into place.
      • Check Utilities: Ensure that necessary utilities (water, gas, electricity, ventilation) are available in the appropriate locations as outlined in the blueprints. Verify that connections are prepared.
    • Coordinate with Other Trades and Teams
      • Plumbing and Electrical Work: If any plumbing, electrical, or gas work needs to be done, make sure these services are installed or adjusted before equipment staging begins. Coordination with the respective teams is crucial.
    • Stage the Equipment
      • Delivery and Handling: Ensure that all kitchen equipment (such as stoves, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, etc.) arrives on-site as per the planned delivery schedule. Handle and store equipment carefully to prevent damage.
      • Positioning Equipment: Based on the blueprints, begin placing items in their designated spots. Ensure they are aligned with the provided drawings, considering optimal workflow, access, and safety.
      • Leveling and Alignment: For all kitchen equipment, use leveling tools to ensure the items are set properly and evenly. This helps with stability, ease of use, and aesthetics.
    • Final Inspection and Adjustments
      • Review the Placement: Conduct a final walkthrough of the kitchen with the client or project manager to ensure all equipment is positioned correctly according to the blueprint and client specifications.
      • Adjust if Necessary: If any adjustments are needed in terms of equipment positioning, functionality, or safety concerns, make any changes requested by customer and client.
    • Cleanup and Handover
